Târgu Mureş – Brâncoveneşti


Distance: 42 km
Pavement: asphalt

Leave Târgu Mureș on highway 15 and head towards north. Pass through Sângeorgiu de Mureș, Ernei, Dumbrăvioara, Gornești, Periș and Petelea and arrive to Reghin. From here continue towards north on highway 15 and arrive to Brâncovenești through Suseni.
The road from Târgu Mureș to Brâncoveneşti is good quality asphalt road with periodical high traffic. Nowadays the archaeological site can be found on the northern part of the village, in the orchard and English garden of the Kemény castle, which functions as a neurology centre.

Brâncoveneşti – Călugăreni

Distance: 40 km
Pavement: asphalt, gravel

From Brâncoveneşti drive back to Reghin on highway 15 through Suseni. Leave the city on its southern exit, and then turn left to county road 153. Pass through Beica de Jos, Nadășa, Chiheru de Jos and Chiheru de Sus and arrive to Eremitu. In the village centre turn right to the county road 153A, after Mătrici turn to municipal road 27 and arrive to Călugăreni.
The road from Brâncoveneşti to the junction at Călugăreni is good quality asphalt road with periodical high traffic. The last few km continue on a gravel road. The auxiliary camp is situated at the northern side of the village, at the entrance from Dămieni.

Călugăreni – Sărăţeni

Distance: 28 km
Pavement: asphalt, gravel

From Călugăreni on municipal road 27 and county road 135A head back to Eremitu, from where on county road 153 pass through Săcădat and arrive to Sovata. After leaving the town turn right to highway 13A, after 4 km arrive to Sărățeni.
After leaving the gravel road in Călugăreni the section to Sărăţeni is good quality asphalt road with periodical high traffic. The auxiliary camp is situated in the centre of the village.

Sărăţeni – Târgu Mureş

Distance: 55 km
Pavement: asphalt

From Sărăţeni on highway 13A head south. Pass through Chibed, Ghindari, Trei Sate, Sângeorgiu de Pădure, Viforoasa and Fântânele and arrive to Bălăușeri. Turn right in Bălăușeri to highway 13, then pass through Găiești, Vălenii, Acățari and Corunca, and arrive to Târgu Mureş.
The road from Sărăţeni to Târgu Mureş is good quality asphalt road with periodical high traffic.
